Review the Ohio Consumer Guide
Ohio law requires us to provide the Consumer Guide to Agency Relationships before we begin working together.

Tour Properties
Find the rentals you're interested in and send us the addresses. We'll set up times for you to tour them.

Apply & Sign
Once you find the right home, we assist with the application process and all necessary paperwork.
