Keller Williams has the tools you need to find and vet quality tenants for your property. From marketing your property to applications and background screening, we have you covered.
Our process includes an extensive multi-page tenant application including proof of income and employment history. We also provide a tenant screening report to you.
A tenant screening report will contain the following elements:
- credit score
- eviction records
- criminal records
- sex offender registry check
- employment verifications
- comparative analysis with scores in the same region.
Landlords then set thresholds that will determine if a prospective applicant is approved or denied.
These reports are forwarded directly to you, the landlord. You choose the tenant you feel is the best fit. We secure all document signatures and close the transaction.*
Our fee is the equivalent to the first month’s rent, or a minimum of $1500.
