Lisa is a rock star! Would give more stars if I could. So, I am also a KW Realtor in IL but did my own homework to find Lisa and I KNEW even from our first phone conversation that she would be just the right agent to help my husband and I sell an investment property we had near Cleveland Clinic. While being super professional she is also just so sincere and delightful. She was spot on with the pricing and marketing. She was super responsive from start to finish. When things (no fault of Lisa) got a little dicey near the closing, she was the ONE in the transaction to keep a cool head and keep all parties moving forward to the closing table. I have been a successful solo agent in IL for 20 years. If Lisa were in my area she is THE agent I would LOVE to partner with - she is just SO GREAT - truly cares about her clients and works with integrity toward our best interests. I LOVE Lisa Timko. She is very responsive to text, calls and emails. She is super positive and I trust that she is always telling the truth. I live in California and was buying a rental property in South Euclid, OH (suburb of Cleveland). Lisa was very generous with her time, answering countless questions and providing information as I decided between a duplex and single family home and as I narrowed down my search by neighborhood. She never once pressured me to buy something or tried to sell me on a property. In fact, a couple properties needed a decent amount of work and she was very transparent about the costs which I appreciated. She was a wonderful liaison between me and the inspector, appraiser, the mortgage lender and even a contractor who was bidding a garage repair. I felt guilty taking up so much of Lisa’s time, but time and time again she assured me that I was not a bother and that she really wanted me to be happy. I could not give a higher recommendation to a real estate agent. If you go with Lisa, rest assured you will be in good hands.

We cannot believe the good fortune we had in finding Lisa to help us sell our townhouse in Cleveland Heights. Would highly recommend Lisa! She has great experience under her belt which was evident throughout our home search and buying experience. Lisa always prioritized getting us in to view a home, even a last minute showing which is extremely important, especially in a sellers market. She was on top of the new listings and the closing timeline, kept us notified of all that was happening with third party lenders and inspectors, and was a great help navigating a very difficult sale and some tricky situations that arose during closing. Lisa is everything I could've asked for in a realtor and more! Lisa is professional, timely and very knowledgeable when it comes to the housing market in Cleveland. Lisa helped us buy our first house all the way from FL and was involved every step of the way. I even stayed within her area when looking at listings because of how great she is to work with.
